Sales executive is responsible for achieving the sales target -fixed by management- through building, maintain & growing reliable database of customers (repeated orders & good payment is the key for success)
TasksListening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information.
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and Marketing manager.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
RequirementsMin 3 years of sales experience in the KSA preferable in his assigned area (i.e. for Riyadh branch need Riyadh resident)
Prior experience with FMCG –industrial tools & machinery items is preferable
Having proved record of achieving sales targets
Having driving license.
Job BriefHe will be responsible for all branch operation (Stock monitoring, Administration supervision, achieving branch sales target.
TasksBuilding up & maintaining the branch database of potential customers.
Achieve the branch assigned Sales target.
Leading, directing and motivating the area sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Executing the sales strategies plans set by the marketing manager, give the feed back to revise and maintain the sales strategies plans.
Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
Supervise Sales Executives.
Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product/service questions.
Create reports showing Sales %, install %, adherence, and attendance etc.
Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognitions to employee.
Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
Monitors calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales %, install %, and quality assurance goals.
Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
Must have valid Class 3 driving licenses.
2-3 years experience in the FMCG industry - preferable industrial tools.
Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity.
Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to lead a sales team.
